We stayed in a modern single room with a comfy bed. the location was ideal, just a short distance from the Noventa outlet and surrounded by a lovely garden. the atmosphere here was very peaceful. 😊.

Had an amazing Easter break at a hidden gem near Venice with plenty to offer! Loved the quaint surroundings and the incredibly friendly team who went out of their way to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The breakfasts were a highlight: a fabulous selection of sweet and savoury dishes that catered to all tastes. The spacious and clean rooms provided a perfect base to explore the region, and the private parking was a plus. Perfectly located, only a short drive from several beaches and picturesque towns.

The unreliable Wi-Fi was a hindrance, but not a dealbreaker. The language barrier made communicating a bit of a challenge at first, but with a bit of patience and Google Translate, we managed to make ourselves understood. a highly recommended stay that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel staff made me feel like a VIP, going above and beyond. The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. I loved the fact that I could park my car safely and easily. The location of this hotel is perfect, in a beautiful garden and close to public transportation that took me into Venice. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was amazing.

Great location for those traveling by car with easy parking options. the breakfast was very varied, with a good selection of fresh pastries and juices. the rooms had nice traditional features and were spacious with comfortable mattresses.

The lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to read at night. the taps in the bathroom did not work well, causing some inconvenience.

Exquisite villa, really good team, delicious breakfast, spacious and super clean rooms, helpful staff.

My family enjoyed a lovely Italian experience at this charming B&B. It is immaculately clean, and the large, air-conditioned rooms are quite comfortable. the staff might not speak perfect English, but they are always willing to help out. the hotel is located in a beautiful park, which is easily accessible from Treviso airport. the garden is quite spacious and perfect for children to play in. it is located in a town near Venice, which provides easy access to the centre of Venice.

The hotel lacked some of the required staff, creating a need for the owner to act as a worker from time to time, making things difficult for her.
